Ng Kian Khar is currently serving as Vice President, People & Culture of the organisation and is also in charge of Singtel’s group-wide organisation development programmes, HR technologies and digitalisation, people analytics, as well as transformation of HR policies and processes.

Prior to that, Kian Khar first joined Singtel Group in 2011, heading the rewards function and overseeing all rewards and benefits-related issues across the Singtel Group.

Before joining Singtel, Kian Khar was with the Public Service Division, where he was involved in compensation-related strategies and policies across the Civil Service.

Kian Khar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honours) from Imperial College, London and an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
