Iskandar joined Nxera in September 2025 as Deputy Country Manager, Indonesia and assumed his current role as Country Manager, Indonesia in March 2026. In this capacity, he drives Nxera’s strategic growth in Indonesia, focusing on hyperscale and AI-ready data centre developments to support the region’s rapidly growing digital economy.

He also serves as Chief Operating Officer of NeutraDC Nxera Data Centre, the joint venture between Singtel, Telkom Indonesia and Medco Power, where he oversees the development and operations of hyperscale data centre infrastructure in Batam, Indonesia.

With over 20 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure and data centre development, Iskandar has been involved in and led various notable projects across Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Nxera, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Greenex Data Center, where he led the development of new colocation data centre initiatives, and as Director at Datagarda, a data centre operations management start-up company.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Schneider Electric and Emerson Network Power, where he led regional presales, engineering and project delivery teams in managing various data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects across Indonesia, Brunei, Philippines and East Timor.

Iskandar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and is an Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS) certified by Uptime Institute.
