Cyndi Pei is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Singtel’s Digital InfraCo and Nxera. Prior to that, Cyndi joined Singtel in 2020 as Head of Finance in Singtel Enterprise Business and was appointed CFO of Regional Data Centre in 2022.

Cyndi brings with her 25 years of experience in the fields of strategy and change, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, sustainability, enterprise risk management, treasury, and tax. Before joining Singtel, Cyndi helmed a full spectrum of finance and corporate responsibilities in an SGX-listed food and beverage company with global footprints. She was also previously an Associate Director at a Big Four accounting firm, where she led assurance and advisory engagements for global clients and spearheaded strategic business development initiatives for the firm’s priority clients and clients in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Real Estate sectors.

Cyndi is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She is a Council Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and serves as an Audit & Risk Committee member of SATA CommHealth, a charitable healthcare organisation.
