Benedict Kwok is the Country Manager for Malaysia at Nxera and the Chief Operating Officer of TM Nxera, a joint venture between Telekom Malaysia and Nxera. He leads the development and operations of hyperscale, AI-ready data centre infrastructure in Malaysia, overseeing multi-disciplinary functions spanning data centre operations, business management, facility management, and quality assurance.

With over 25 years of experience in the digital infrastructure and telecommunications sectors, Benedict brings a strong blend of operational depth and strategic leadership. Prior to his current roles, he held leadership positions at NTT, where he drove regional growth, partnerships, and infrastructure development initiatives across Southeast Asia.

Benedict has a proven track record in cost optimisation and business transformation, including revitalising operational resources following organisational carve-outs and establishing scalable frameworks to support market expansion. His experience spans multiple markets, including Singapore and Cambodia, providing him with a nuanced understanding of regional business environments and stakeholder dynamics.

Fluent in three languages, Benedict is recognised for his adaptability and execution focus. He has also led entrepreneurial initiatives, including the launch of MobileBus under MobileOne, reflecting his ability to translate strategy into tangible outcomes.

He holds professional qualifications in Business Management and Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA, expected to be completed in mid-2026.
