Abhay Ghosalkar is Country Manager, Thailand at Nxera, where he leads the company’s Data Centre development and operational initiatives in the country. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer for GSA Data Center Centre, Thailand, where he is responsible for overseeing operational performance and delivery across the organisation’s Data Centre platform.

With over two decades of experience in mission-critical infrastructure, Abhay has held senior leadership roles across global digital infrastructure organisations. He has led hyperscale Data Centre deployments, operational transformation initiatives and capacity expansion programmes across Asia and the Middle East.

Abhay brings deep expertise across the full lifecycle of Data Centre environments which includes spanning design, engineering, commissioning and live operations. His leadership has consistently focused on strengthening operational resilience, enabling scalable infrastructure delivery and supporting the evolving requirements of cloud, enterprise and AI-driven workloads.

Prior to joining Nxera, Abhay held senior leadership roles across global organisations in the digital infrastructure ecosystem, where he was instrumental in delivering mission-critical environments, improving operational resilience and driving cost-optimised expansion of capacity.

Known for his hands-on leadership approach, Abhay combines strong technical depth with strategic execution capability, ensuring infrastructure platforms are not only robust and future-ready but also commercially sustainable. He is passionate about advancing next-generation Data Centre ecosystems that support AI, cloud growth and regional digital economies.

Abhay holds a Master's degree in Business Administration along with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and has completed executive programmes in Strategy management, emerging technologies and digital innovation.
